Equipment

At Island Fitness not only do you have access to  commercial quality, American-made fitness equipment produced by leading companies such as: Icarian, Flite, Stairmaster, Life-Fitness and Star Trac, but you also have an exquisite Laguna Madre Bay view while using them!  All of our machines and equipment are kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained.  Treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical, rowing machines, recumbent, upright and spinning bikes fulfill the cardio line-up.  Dumbbells, barbells, leverage and selectorized  equipment cover your strength training needs. The shaded outdoor area with water-filled heavy bags is great for martial arts training  as well as a fresh-breeze space for bodywork exercises such as yoga and Pilates.  Sweat towels are available for use to members.  Pure and cold Culligan drinking water is free from our water fountain. Exercise balls, and padded mats are available in the dual purpose spinning/stretching room.
